Monte Fiore Bianca al Farro 33 cl
Clearly inspired by the Belgian style "Bier Blanche", it is produced using barley malt, wheat malt, non -bad spelled, a pinch of oats, Styrian Golding hops and Saaz, as well as a skilful mix of spices: the result is An elegant and fresh beer, very easy to drink, but with obvious and pleasant hints of citrus fruits, licorice and vanilla.

Giusta Bionda
Light and pale beer produced mainly with Pilsner malt, a little Carapils and a touch of malted wheat complete the recipe. The hops used are Perle for bitterness and Saaz for aroma. Elegant, well carbonated, bitter at the right point, light body and quite persistent finish.
Drinkable and thirst-quenching, it pairs very well with white meats, unspiced red meats, steamed or baked fish and fresh cheeses.

Sasso Rosso Ambrata al Farro
Amber craft beer produced with spelled malt, barley and Saaz hops. On the nose it is fine, elegant, slightly fruity and spicy, on the palate the typical aroma of orange peel and coriander blends perfectly with the bitterness of the Saaz hops and leaves a pleasant and long finish.

Cinghiale Nero
Produced with spelled and barley malts and Hallertau and Saaz hops. The result is a very dark, moderately bitter beer, oriented towards the warm tones of spelled but with aromatic hoppy notes. The broad finish is characterized by elegant spicy and fruity tones.
It goes well with elaborate but not too spicy dishes. Excellent with peposo, red meats and chocolate, coffee and almond desserts.

Chiara beer with high fermentation barley malt produced with barley malt. Its peculiarity lies in the fact that, thanks to modern productive technologies, it does not exceed 10 ppm of gluten.
